Thanks

This month’s photo challenge theme was “Thanks.”  I have so much to be thankful for!

1. I am thankful to finally see the two eagles who I knew lived in my neighborhood.  They were too far to get a great photo, but that didn’t matter to me.  I was simply thankful to see not one, but two!

2.  I believe this pelican was nearing the end of his life.  I am thankful I was able to capture his beauty before he left.

2.  I was OH SO THANKFUL to see Big Boy one early cold morning.  I only see him about two times a year, so this was a big event for me!

3.  I am thankful my teenage daughter ate breakfast with me on the deck.  I am also thankful for my rescue dogs.  Moon is truly the love of my life.

5.  And speaking of Moon… I didn’t initally appreciate him waking me up early but was thankful he did after seeing one of the most magical sunrises I have ever seen.
