Published on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 by Katherine Today after work I had to go home, pick up one of the boys, race to Mom's house (25 minutes of traffic later) to print the physical forms, make it through the beginning of a thunderstorm and in to a doc in the box (with lightening crashing all around us) for his scout camp physical (pant pant pant)... .... and the heavens opened up.  Lightening crashing, sideway...

Published on Sunday, June 7, 2009 by Katherine How can I describe this weekend?  Hmmm.  Let's see.  In one word?  Eventful.  Friday night involved arriving home from work and packing for the beach house.  Rain was imminent so we loaded quite a lot early on.  Before we were done the rain hit, and hit HARD.  I had my two boys, three of their friends and my daughter all staring out the window at the sheets...
