Where have I been during the last month? Let’s see. The doctor’s office, the pharmacy, the doctor’s office, the pharmacy, the ENT, the doctor’s office, the emergency room, the advanced imaging center and tomorrow, the ENT.

I believe all of this could have been avoided had I just called Roto-Rooter.

For most of my adult life I have suffered from sinus infections. This means I have had too many antibiotics. Which also means the antibiotics don’t work anymore. I have been sick for the last six weeks. I’ve had two different rounds of antibiotics and was even sent to the ER to monitor my heart and my ever-changing blood pressure.

My life is pretty much at a standstill until I get rid of this infection. I pray the answer will come tomorrow when I get my CT results from the ENT specialist. When I last saw him I asked if he could shove a huge stick up my nose. He chuckled and said, “Well, we kind of can…”

So big stick, BRING IT ON! I am tired of blowing out blood clots from my nose, weaving at every head movement and not having enough energy to fix myself anything but lime sherbet. And besides… I am running out of things to watch on Netflix. Do you have any suggestions?.
