BLUE!
Published on Thursday, November 30, 2017 by

This month’s photo blogging challenge theme is blue.  MY FAVORITE COLOR!

  1.  We have been painting rocks to hide and to keep in our own rock garden.  I looked over at the table and realized the shark rock was about to eat the OTHER shark rock.  A very funny placement!

2.  This gray fox is working on her winter coat.  The gray actually looks blue at this time of year.

3.  My peace.

4.  Me, looking down and finding BLUE sea glass:  “AHHHHHHHHH!”

5. I feel all creatures are protected by the deep blue sea.  Especially this one, whose fin must have been cut by a propeller.

Here is a blurry closeup.  What a fighter!

I can’t wait to see everyone’s blue posts!

  • That’s a lot of wonderful blue. It’s also good to see a post from you.

    Have a fabulous day. ☺

LOL! Great observation of the rock placement. Yes, the fox coat does have a blue cast to it! My Florida daughter would love the blue sea glass, and the sunset capture is beautiful. The damaged fin made me sad, but glad the creature is still swimming in the deep blue sea.

Love all of your shots, especially the fox.
Dolphins are among my favourite animals. Poor guy, way to persevere!
Pretty rocks! Do you keep them all in your garden or do you participate in the hiding and finding activities that have been going on? PJ is talking about it in his BLUE post.

  • Ron

FANTABULOUS photographs for this challenge, Katherine! Those painted rocks are so dang clever! Brilliant capture of the fox!

Stunning sunset shot. My favorite time of the day!

Hope all is well and that you had an awesome Thanksgiving!

    Love these!

Such an interesting peek at your world. The fox is amazing! Is it in your yard? Or somewhere that you go walking? I try very hard not to pick favourites from PBC posts, but I absolutely love that blue sea glass photo – great choice of the shallow depth of field, tightly focused on the glass.
